Relubrication is critical to extending the life of bearings, but is often done by experience. The TLGU 10 makes relubrication more efficient by delivering the right amount of lubricant to the bearing at the right time. At the heart of this easy-to-use device is a robust and accurate ultrasonic sensor designed to withstand tough conditions. The sensor monitors the ultrasonic noise of the lubricant inside the bearing. When connected to a grease gun, the TLGU 10 helps the technician hear this sound through headphones during relubrication. The sound changes depending on the amount of lubricant inside the bearing. In addition, the noise level is displayed on a color display for ease of use.
