These SKF rod ends contain a spherical plain bearing with a combination of steel/steel sliding surfaces. The bearing is maintenance-free and is lubricated via a hole or grease fitting in the housing and via the shaft. A dowel pin simplifies centring on the welded cylindrical section shank.
