Belts provide a very efficient and economical method of transmitting power from the drive to the driven equipment. Classic V-belts are equipped with pre-tensioned polyester cords, which provide low stretch during operation, and a rubber cushion with fiber filler, which provides good resistance to transverse stretching. The belts are completely wrapped in heavy-duty industrial fabric and have high resistance to abrasion.
