Belts provide a very efficient and economical method of transmitting power from the drive to the driven equipment. HiTD timing belts for transmitting higher torques have teeth that mesh with corresponding grooves on the pulleys to ensure a constant gear ratio. Low-stretch fiberglass cords ensure excellent dimensional stability. Oil- and heat-resistant neoprene rubber cushion provides high shear resistance. The belt bushing can be cut to the desired belt width.
