These bearings consist of a radial needle roller bearing combined with a thrust cylindrical roller bearing. Together they are capable of handling radial and axial loads in one direction. Due to their low cross-sectional height, these bearings are particularly suitable where other locating bearing units take up too much space. The thrust section is covered by a cover, which forms a non-contact seal to retain grease in the bearing.
