Precision lock nuts type KMT are designed for applications requiring high accuracy, easy assembly and reliable fixation. Three equally spaced locking pins allow these nuts to be oriented exactly at right angles to the shaft. In addition, they can also be used for adjustment to compensate for small angular deviations of mating parts. Maximum axial runout of the locking plane of the nut relative to the thread axis (up to size 40): 0.005 mm
