KMFE lock nuts with integrated locking screw are designed for axially locking CARB toroidal roller bearings, sealed spherical roller bearings and sealed self-aligning ball bearings on a shaft. They reduce shaft costs by eliminating the need for a keyway. Assembly with an integrated set screw is quicker and easier, and no separate locking devices are required. The maximum axial runout of the nut locking plane relative to the thread axis is 0.02 to 0.03 mm.
