Single-row cylindrical roller bearings are designed for heavy radial loads in combination with high speeds. With two integral flanges on the outer ring and one flange on the inner ring, NJF bearings accommodate axial displacement in one direction. A snap ring on the inner ring creates a shoulder to lock the bearing components in place. The snap ring must not be subjected to axial loading during operation.
