Lip seals are used between rotating and stationary machine parts or between parts that move relative to each other. The HMSA10 seals are designed with a rubberized outer diameter. They are equipped with a standard sealing lip made of elastomer or thermoplastic material. A tension spring in the seal and an auxiliary non-contact lip optimize the shaft seal even in contaminated environments.
